1. Who we are. StartupLaby ("we") operates www.startuplaby.com and the StartupLaby Android application. Contact: support@startuplaby.com.
2. What we collect. Account data (name, email, password hash); the startup project content you enter (ideas, answers, uploads); usage data (pages visited, feature usage, approximate region from IP); payment metadata (plan, transaction ids — card details are processed by Stripe, PayPal, or Google Play and never touch our servers).
3. AI processing. Text you submit for AI features is sent to third-party AI providers to generate your results. It is not used by us to train models.
4. Cookies. A session cookie keeps you signed in; a language cookie stores your language. No third-party advertising cookies.
5. Sharing. We never sell your data. Processors: hosting provider, AI providers, payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Google Play).
6. Retention & deletion. Data is kept while your account exists. Delete your account at any time: Settings → Account Deletion inside the app or at https://www.startuplaby.com/settings — this permanently removes your account and associated data. A limited set of records is retained after deletion where we need them for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance purposes — specifically payment and transaction records and AI-usage logs (which may include the text you submitted for AI processing). These records are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes and are not used to profile or re-identify you.
7. Public content. Ideas you explicitly publish to the public Ideas Bank are visible to anyone; unpublish them from your project at any time.
8. Children. StartupLaby is not directed at children under 13.
9. Changes. We will post any changes to this page.
