1. Service description. StartupLaby ("we", "us") provides an AI-assisted platform, at www.startuplaby.com and via the StartupLaby Android application, that helps founders develop, evaluate, and document startup ideas — including AI-generated business analysis, pitch materials, and related tools. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@startuplaby.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use. You may not use StartupLaby to submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content; attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; resell access without our written permission; or use it to build a directly competing product from our outputs.

4. Paid plans. Some features require a paid plan. On the web, payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Inside the Android app, purchases (one-time project upgrades and subscriptions) are billed through Google Play in-app billing, and Play subscriptions are managed and cancelled through Google Play, not through StartupLaby directly. Prices and included features are shown at the time of purchase and may change with notice.

5. AI-output disclaimer. StartupLaby uses third-party AI providers to generate analysis, content and recommendations. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice before making business or financial decisions.

6. Intellectual property. The startup ideas, text, and other content you enter or upload remain yours. By using the service you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve StartupLaby for you. Our software, design, and branding remain our property.

7. Termination. You may stop using StartupLaby and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the acceptable-use rules above, or that we reasonably believe put the service or other users at risk.

8. Limitation of liability. StartupLaby is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated output.

9. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
