A clever demo, not a business: a CPU-only stunt pretending to be a company.

AI roast score: 24/100 (F)

The idea

Running a giant model on one CPU in 8.24 GB is a neat hack. It is not a moat, not a market, and not a reason anyone will pay you.

The roast

This is engineering theater. The only clear claim is that you can run "a 2.78-trillion-parameter Kimi K3 running inference on a single CPU in 8.24 GB of RAM" with "Portable C99: no BLAS, no framework, no GPU." That is interesting to other developers for about five minutes. Then they ask: what problem does this solve, who pays, and why would they trust it in production? Your own profile says you are a solo founder, building software for developers, with a global audience, software-only capital, and revenue that is supposed to come from licenses or subscriptions. That can work. But this idea has no buyer pain, no usage story, and no pricing logic. A technical stunt is not the same as a product people keep using. The biggest smell is the mismatch between the brag and the business. You are optimizing for speed and scale, but your biggest unknown is whether you can build it at all. Even if you can, there is still no reason this beats the obvious open-source and model-serving tools that already let developers run models efficiently. Right now this looks like a GitHub trophy, not a startup.

Verdict

Turn this into a real developer tool with a sharp use case, or accept that it is open-source content, not a venture.
