The roast
Your pitch for a tool that generates HTML plans and diagrams is painfully late to the party. The market is suffocated with similar offerings, from Figma to Lucidchart, and frankly, the world doesn't need another one. Your unique selling point is just 'simpler' when the complexity is what drives innovation. Plus, with only a solo effort and no funding, your execution capability looks shaky at best. It's hard to see how a subscription model can scale when you're essentially recreating features that are already standard in existing tools.
Red flags
- Lack of any competitive differentiation beyond simplicity.
- Solo founder with no funding indicates limited capacity for growth.
- Market is saturated with established players offering more robust solutions.
Verdict
Reassess the need for your product in a crowded space before proceeding.
